When you use the contact form or email us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, location, organisation and message, plus the page you sent it from. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to run our service. We do not sell your data. We do not ask for Aadhaar, passwords or payment details on this site. Data inside a library’s own Koha system belongs to that library and is not covered here.

The site is hosted in India. Form emails are sent through our email provider so we can read and answer them. 

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need to help you, unless the law says we must keep them longer. You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by writing to kohasupport@2cqr.in with the subject “Privacy request”.
